Intuitive Shipping is an English-speaking organization. All of our responses must be made in English for liability reasons.
If a ticket is submitted in a language other than English, do not use Google translate or similar applications to generate your response in the same language. Always respond in English. Using a translator can cause issue if there is a problem with the translation, i.e. wrong meaning, wrong words etc.
If the customer wants to translate your English response, that is the merchant's choice.
